BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR WASN’T MUCH OF A CHOICE FOR ME. LET ME EXPLAIN: I MET MY HUSBAND WHOSE FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED A FLOWER SHOP IN OUR HOME COUNTRY, UKRAINE. AND WITHOUT EVEN NOTICING, I WAS INVOLVED IN THEIR LIVES AND BUSINESS ROUTINE EVER SINCE.

As my dad always says, it was written in my destiny, because even after six long years of Law University, I stayed loyal and extremely passionate about all things floral.

We decided to make Canada our home and moved here as a family seven years ago. And the moment we saw the opportunity to buy a local floral business that has more than 60 years of history, it immediately felt right.

The “Zing” moment and excitement didn’t leave me and is still there and it is definitely a driving force and unlimited source of inspiration every day, as it truly makes me really happy to do what I love the most each and every day.

We know the story behind every petal. When I say that I mean that we care about every client: we triple check the details, we deliver emotions–and this is the most valuable for us, to make that emotion memorable, happy, bring back memories, and create new ones.

We create our own unique designs every day, we become close and personal with every order as our customers deserve the best. We are always serving our community and keeping people connected whether we notice it or not.

For example, we often receive calls from the recipient after delivering flowers to them. They’re saying “my son sent these from out west” or “these flowers from my family just made my entire day!” These simple comments keep us going.

Simple attention can go so far! It may sound a bit unusual, but every morning we see the card messages going along with the flowers we send out, and it’s truly heartwarming. Their kind, heartfelt, and often funny messages are so motivating and keep us excited to read more tomorrow.
