Since starting PeopleStrong more than three years ago, many of these employers have put their trust in me to help them with one of the most important functions in growing their business, which is finding and hiring the very best people.

I fell in love with New Brunswick all over again after moving back to the region in 2010. Having the opportunity to make an impact in growing our beautiful province is what drives me. The opportunities and the wonderful people that make New Brunswick what it makes sharing its beauty to clients and candidates such an easy task.

It’s not a 9 to 5 job, it’s something that is a part of me at all times. Recruiting, networking, relationship building and sourcing are innate and always top of mind whether I’m at the grocery store, gas station, restaurant. The amount of hiring managers and candidates that I have met while living my everyday life would shock you. That’s what allowed me to be successful by always maintaining a relationship-building mindset.
