This is part of a year-long ‘Love for Local’ series called NB365: portraits of New Brunswick entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations. Huddle is a media partner with Love for Local. Today, we hear from Kaveh & Maryam Jafari of K&M Tea House in Moncton.
WE HAVE STARTED OUR BUSINESS IN CANADA WITH A VISION IN MIND: TO INTRODUCE NEW NATURAL PRODUCTS, MOSTLY HERBAL ONES, TO THE PEOPLE.
This is one of many beauties of the diversity of Canada; that you have a great chance of seeing foods, clothes, beverages, and many new things which are being introduced by different people from different parts of the world.
To move towards our goal, we saw Moncton as our first choice because we see it as a rapidly growing community with a very bright future. The Covid-19 pandemic has halted most of our plans, as it has done for the whole world.
Now, with the vaccines being distributed and the disease fading, we are very hopeful to continue, even with a higher speed than before. Our business is our life and we are grateful to be able to share it with our community.
