MY DESIRE TO BE IN BUSINESS IS DEEPLY ROOTED IN MY OWN AMBITION. I LOVE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE MY OWN DECISIONS AND TRULY CREATE MY OPPORTUNITIES. I THINK THAT HAVING A CLEAR VISION AND GOAL IS ALL ONE NEEDS TO GET STARTED. ONCE THINGS ARE UNDERWAY, WE JUST NEED TO REMEMBER TO STICK TO THAT INITIAL VISION.

La Vida Café is something I’m very proud of. I like our colourful menu, the atmosphere we created in our space, the fact that this a family business and also the opportunity it is for us to bring flavours and hospitability from home.

It’s really something that looks like us, and to be able to do that in a city such as Moncton is a real pleasure.
