WE SAW A HUGE GAP IN THE MARKET WHEN IT CAME TO SHARING LOCAL BEVERAGES WITH NEW BRUNSWICKERS AND CELEBRATING THE AMAZING FOOD, DRINKS, AND CULTURE WE HAVE IN ABUNDANCE HERE.
We’ve learned that while the products we have, all produced locally are second-to-none, access to these products for everyday New Brunswickers has traditionally been difficult.
For us, supporting local needs to come both from an excited consumer and a supportive government, making it easier to buy local and grow our own businesses. If we don’t support each other, who will?
Uncorked has always been unique in its wide support of New Brunswick alcohol and seafood producers, paired with the stories of why and how we became the people we are. Our NB-only tasting room located in the Saint John City Market is the first of its kind in the province. We celebrate small and large producers, showing off the industry and building customer confidence in local products.
After almost 10 years of active promotion, we see growth in all areas of local alcohol, including wine, beer, cider, and spirits. Acting as a connector, Uncorked has brought people together and introduced thousands to the great products being produced right here in our own province.
