I’ve been in business since 1968, and I started over in 2016 in Shediac. It should be the last time, given my age, and my wife was born here in Cormier Village. That’s kind of why I decided to finish my entrepreneurial journey here.

My long term plan is to simply continue to serve my customers and my area as a shoemaker. It’s not the kind of store you see everywhere these days, and that poses some challenges, but it creates so many great things too. I love being the local shoemaker. I love being able to help people with what I do.

Supporting local businesses is also about allowing others to help us, to offer us a service and to put a face on that service. It makes all the difference.
