I discovered leadership coaching when, out of the blue, a leader I really respected asked if I would coach him. I grabbed the opportunity, even though I did not have the first clue what it meant, and quickly immersed myself in what leadership coaching was all about. That led me to Royal Roads University, the best place in Canada to earn your professional accreditation in executive coaching.

That education cemented my passion for helping leaders achieve their true potential and, in 2005, Vision Coaching was born. Today, we have a roster of more than 15 internationally accredited coaches working with clients from one end of the country to the other and beyond.

Vision Coaching has grown over the years to the point that we’re now the largest leadership coaching firm in Atlantic Canada, and we’re still on a strong trajectory of growth. We’ve never let geography stop our desire to help leaders over the years, we’ve had the good fortune to support leaders all through North America and into Europe.

We wouldn’t be this successful without local support. Our first clients were local, and we owe so much to them. That continues through to today. We’re so grateful for our clients in Saint John and throughout New Brunswick, and we’re thrilled to see how these leaders have gone on to make incredible impacts on our region and farther afield.

For us, supporting local also means giving back. Vision Coaching is a founding partner in the Million Dollar Pledge, a network of more than 10 socially-minded business leaders who have each committed $10,000 a year for 10 years to support local causes. We work with the wonderful people at the United Way Saint John, Kings & Charlotte to direct our donations to make the most meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in our region. The dedication and generosity of all involved are inspiring, and are making a real difference. It has been a tremendously rewarding experience.
