This is part of a year-long ‘Love for Local’ series called NB365: portraits of New Brunswick entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations. Huddle is a media partner with Love for Local. Today, we hear from Céline Parent and Sandy Hébert of Moonshin’hers in Edmundston.

IN 2018, WE SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE OVER A SMALL COFFEE SHOP LOCATED IN OUR CURRENT SPACE. WITH THE TREND OF MICROBREWERIES, WHISKEY AND GREAT FOOD, IT WAS CLEAR AND INEVITABLE THAT A BUSINESS MODEL LIKE MOONSHIN’HERS HAD ITS PLACE IN OUR AREA.
Since then, we have been innovating and striving to offer a unique experience to our customers. With a heart for business and community development, we are always coming up with ideas to improve our services and offer more diversity.

The support of our community has been a lifesaver! We have been really encouraged by our community and have remained proactive and ahead of the curve this past year by offering unusual take-out menus during our closed times. Moonshin’hers has become a true success story with the support of the people, our people.
