This is part of a year-long ‘Love for Local’ series called NB365: portraits of New Brunswick entrepreneurs, businesses and organizations. Huddle is a media partner with Love for Local. Today, we hear from Ally Santos and Daniel Burguez of 3rd Degree Training in Moncton and Saint John.

WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR, WE WANT YOU TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF, NO MATTER YOUR SIZE, NO MATTER WHAT YOU CAN OR CANNOT DO. YOU WALK INTO OUR CENTRE, YOU ARE MOVING AND YOU’RE GOING TO FEEL GOOD.

Thanks to our community, with hard work, passion and attention to detail we were able to go through the most challenging year we could have had while starting a fitness company. And yet we keep growing because of the incredible amount of support we’ve had.

What we promote through our business can also be said of what a lot people have learned this past year. No matter what your journey is, be sure to respect and nurture your body and your mind. You’ll need them for everything you appreciate.

Progress slowly, don’t be afraid of changes and never give up. In difficult times like these, strive to become who you really want to be. We will keep working on bringing our message to all, making sure we motivate everyone and, naturally, surrounding ourselves with all the people that motivate us.
